The Town of Wytheville Parks and Recreation is starting to develop a Master Plan to help guide the future of local parks, trails, and recreational spaces. This plan will take a close look at the amenities we have today, identify what residents value most, explore new opportunities to meet evolving community needs and continue to support healthy, active, and connected communities in the years ahead.
The Department of Parks and Recreation is dedicated to providing high‑quality, wholesome recreation opportunities, programs, and facilities that meet the diverse needs of all citizens, and this planning effort will help ensure those values continue to shape our community.
Community input is an important part of this process, and residents will have opportunities to share ideas, priorities, and feedback that help shape a shared vision for Wytheville’s parks and recreation system.
