Tell us about your health improvements or weight loss since coming to the Wytheville Community Center

For the first time in five years, my total bone density showed improvements in all areas. This was great news for someone my age. I have also had more energy and better overall health reports. I haven't tried to lose weight, but my measurements and body fat have improved. - Sue Stanley

How did you accomplish your success to health improvement or weight loss? Aerobics, strength training, swimming, racquetball, walking, basketball gym, climbing wall?
While I have been exercising for years, most improvement came when I added Strength and Conditioning classes two days a week and increased yoga/pilates from one to three days a week. I also take cardio classes. - Sue Stanley
